Payment and Access

This page describes how payment works and how access to the Froddy service is provided.

1. Payment

1.1. Payment for access to the Froddy service is made online using methods available on the website or in the account area at the time of payment.

1.2. The cost of access is determined by the selected plan or agreed usage terms.

1.3. Current plans and payment terms are published on the website.

2. Payment Confirmation

2.1. A payment is considered confirmed after receiving the corresponding confirmation from the payment system or bank.

2.2. Until payment is confirmed, access to paid features may not be provided.

3. Access Provision

3.1. After payment is confirmed, the Client receives access to the corresponding plan, period, or set of Service features.

3.2. Access is provided digitally through the account area or Service interface.

3.3. Physical delivery does not apply.

4. Access Scope

4.1. The specific set of features depends on the selected plan, usage limits, and account status.

4.2. In some cases, access to certain features may depend on the technical readiness of the Client's integration.
