This page describes the cancellation and refund terms for access to the Froddy service.
1.1. The Client may stop using the Service at any time.
1.2. Stopping use of the Service does not automatically result in a refund for a paid period that has already begun.
2.1. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
2.2. When reviewing a request, the following are taken into account:
3.1. A refund may be considered if paid access was not actually provided.
3.2. A refund may be considered if there is a confirmed technical issue on the Service side due to which use of the paid access is objectively impossible.
4.1. If access to the Service was provided and the Client began using the paid functionality.
4.2. If the reason for cancellation is a change in the Client's internal processes, discontinuation of a project, absence of need for the Service, or other circumstances unrelated to a confirmed issue on the Service side.
5.1. Send a refund request to hello@froddy.io, including your account, payment date, amount, and reason.
5.2. Additional information may be requested to verify the circumstances of the payment and access.
6.1. Requests are reviewed within a reasonable time after receipt of the required information.
6.2. If a refund is approved, it is processed according to the rules applicable on the part of the payment provider and bank.
